Description:
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, Crew Members perform a variety of customer service duties, food preparation and follows cleaning and safety practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ability to read and write in order to process customer orders and follow instruction
- Ability to work agreed-upon hours to facilitate a smooth store operation
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
- Ability to demonstrate strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work for several hours standing and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to understand and practice cleanliness and safety standards
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce a quality product by preparing it within the guidelines of Amato’s Product Manual, in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining proper stock levels and having complete knowledge of the menu
- Satisfy customers by responding in a courteous, friendly manner, answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner and by suggesting menu items
- Demonstrate team commitment by coming to work and arriving on time, maintaining a positive attitude with co-workers and customers, and consistently providing a neat, clean appearance and adhere to dress code guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe store by adhering to cleaning schedules and using proper cleaning agents and methods. Follow daily and nightly checklists per instruction
- Perform other functions as requested or needed
